The weighting reflects where major-accident and financing risk concentrates in South Asian industry. Each point maps to a requirement in a recognised standard and to evidence we verify in the field.

Pre-visit document review
Two weeks before the visit we request the PSM, OHS and E&S documents, then plan the field checks around them.
Site verification
Three to five days on site, depending on complexity. We walk down barriers and interview operators and contractors.
Scoring and peer comparison
Two principals score each finding independently, then reconcile.
Board read-out
A two-hour session with leadership, followed by the full report.
